Before starting a maintenance and support plan for sites we did not build, we require an onboarding process with a technical site health audit. 

Why do we require a technical audit? Well, we use it as an opportunity to get to know the website, how it was built, and spot any potential issues before beginning a maintenance plan. When we provide you with a care plan, we take our responsibility for your site health very seriously. 

You wouldn’t buy a car without someone taking a look under the hood. We can’t offer robust support unless we know how the core website health is functioning. 

What does the Inspry onboarding process look like?

1. Site Health Audit

We run a fully custom, manual technical site health audit on your website to look under the hood of your server, code, security, and data.

2. Follow Up Report

After our audit, we provide a full follow-up report. If there are any mission-critical technical or security issues affecting your website, we will provide a quote for resolving these issues before proceeding with a regular care plan.

3. Recommended Improvements

We will also provide a list of any optional improvements we recommend so you can get the most out of your website.

4. Enroll in Maintenance Plan

Finally, we will onboard you as a maintenance client and execute your care plan. Welcome to the team!
