Project Scope

So you’ve taken the initiative, and decided to work with the dedicated and talented Inspry team! Here’s how we get started:

  • Set up a discovery meeting and consult with you on sitemap development and architecture.
  • Send out a website questionnaires to you for us to better understand your brand goals, audience and website objectives.
  • Schedule a kickoff call (or email) to get the project started once we’ve established and agreed on our objectives and scope of work.

How will we build it, you ask?

  • We build sites using the WordPress Content management system (CMS). This platform allows your team to create, edit all aspects of your website including pages, blog posts, video, images and text, FAQs, documents, downloads and users via the easy-to-use backend.
  • We also use Visual Composer, Elementor, or Beaver Builder visual design interfaces to make it easy for your team to visually edit all site content without any programming knowledge.
  • Since our sites are built on the WordPress platform, it allows for modular development and adding new features or functions at an affordable rate in the future.

After we develop the site structure and mapping for both a logical user and search engine workflow, we make sure your site looks and works great. Here’s what we give you:

  • A new site architecture for both a logical user and search engine workflow that enhances the overall user experience. This includes reorganizing the menus to simplify the user’s experience of browsing available services and lead generation / contact methods.
  • A clean and easy-to-use layout navigation with optional mega menu dropdowns that feature multi-column or multimedia content. Off-canvas dedicated mobile menu development for mobile and tablet devices.
  • Customized theme chosen after extensive research based on your industry and audience. The responsive grid will automatically adjust based on a user’s screen resolution, whether it be a large desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device.
  • Header and footer design with your company logo, navigation, menus, social media links, required call to actions as well as any optional phone numbers, email address or marketing messages.

  • Image and code performance optimization to ensure the fastest user experience possible.
  • Optional ZenDesk Chat integration for customer engagement with staff. Additional monthly fees may apply.

We make sure your site is consistent and fast across all devices:

  • Fully responsive website, tested and ready for a variety of both Android and Apple-based tablets and mobile phones as well as traditional desktop and laptop computers.  Auto-detection based on resolution, covering all devices.
  • Develop support and debug for all modern browsers including Edge, FireFox, Chrome, and Safari 4+.
  • Image optimization across all site assets for the fastest page load speed.
  • Media Manager with automatic image resizing.
  • Page caching, CSS / JS code minification and browse caching along with gzip compression for server resource efficiency.
  • Search functionality across all content titles and descriptive text.
  • Staging site development to provide feedback and see the development throughout the website build process in a non-public space.
  • Email notifications of new leads or contact requests to your team.
  • Optional Sendgrid or MailGun transaction system email setup for more reliable email deliverability and tracking logs of confirmation emails to team members and customers. Additional fees may apply.
  • User testing on contact forms, call to actions, website links and functions.

We take security seriously and bake-in above-average security techniques:

  • All sensitive data is enciphered with the AES-256 algorithm.
  • SSL / HTTPS encryption using a reputable third party SSL vendor to ensure enforced secure encryption of the entire front and backend of the website and prevent mixed-content errors within the user’s browser.
  • SFTP / SSH enforcement for offsite connections into server for development and updates.
  • Hardening and software firewall configuration to ensure a secure solution that is built proactively to reduce security risks.
  • Implementation of custom WordPress login URL for a secure and professional appearance.
  • Basic administration permission roles and users.
  • Security hardening via .htaccess server configuration and permission lockdowns.

Even if your site looks great, if it’s not ranking well in search results, it’s not working for you:

  • Setup search engine friendly URLs as well as a custom home page meta title and description.
  • Develop and submit a custom sitemap that reduces duplicate content with Google.
  • Yoast SEO installation and basic configuration including social media cards and organizational meta information.
  • Basic Google Analytics installation and setup for tracking user statistics and web traffic including unique visitors.
  • Google Webmaster Tools configuration for monitoring search engine health, crawling, and shared data with Google Analytics.
  • Redirection of previous website links to ensure Google can still find your website after the new launch.

After we get your feedback, and make any necessary revisions (and hopefully get a glowing site approval), we prepare the site for launch with final performance, and usability checks.

  • After approval, we backup and archive any existing website and deploy the staging site to your production hosting.
  • We run the site through a full 23-point website post-launch checklist.
  • A 2hr personalized training session shows you how to manage the back end of the site and make any desired changes to site content. This enables you to be in charge of your site moving forward.
  • A website owner’s manual customized for you is provided, giving you the basic knowledge you need to manage your site.
  • A 30-Day Warranty following launch in which our team pill provide patches and bug fixes for any bugs or issues included in the scope.
  • We offer affordable maintenance care packages to protect your new website investment and worry less about your website.

3 Days

Discovery Phase

Our team meets with the project stakeholders to discuss the organization’s business model, what the organization’s core business objectives are and how we can fulfill those objectives using the web.

3 Days

Strategy Phase

Utilizing the data collected in the discovery phase, we will build and develop the functional project requirements document that will set the scope of our project and ensure everybody’s expectations are met.

5 Days

Information Architecture Phase

Our team will analyze your current content and website architecture and collaborate with the client on developing a new site map that controls the user’s information flow and ensure client can provide all required revisions and new content.

10 Days

Design Phase

Once the site map has been finalized, we will research design needs based on a client’s specific industry standards and their own expectations. We will provide the client with several potential site designs and revise (up to two sessions of changes) until expectations are met.

5 Days

Production Phase

The development team will configure the staging environment and begin to map out the content and integrate all functional features into the website.

4 Days

Deployment Phase

Our team will go through a detailed audit review, ensuring the site passes all usability tests. Client will be able to provide final feedback on content and functions from the staging website. We will then push the site live into the production environment at your website domain and chosen web host.
