With the start of a New Year, we have several enhancements for our TurboCharge WordPress Hosting and Totally WordPress website maintenance customers.
After receiving customer feedback, our team is hard at work on creating a brand new status dashboard for our monthly services. This status dashboard will be a public link located at status.inspry.com in which our customers can easily see the latest communications and updates regarding Inspry’s hosting and maintenance services such as scheduled major maintenance deployments and service outages. This status page will not require logging into inspry.com for ease-of-use. In addition, customers will be able to opt-in to receive these updates via email as new incidents or changes occur if desired.
As part of this change in initiative, we will be focusing our efforts on the new status dashboard and retiring the plan status updates located within the existing Inspry Dashboard starting on January 11, 2022. Customers will still be able to login and change payment information and download invoices for monthly services. In addition, customers will continue to receive the existing website maintenance email report as before including software updates deployed, backups performed, monitoring alerts and security checks.
We are excited to bring more visibility into our monthly services with the launch of this new Inspry Status Dashboard and can’t wait to have this available in the coming months!
