International Systems Management, Inc. (ISM) was founded in 1995 by Tom Kuipers with the goal of becoming what they have grown into today, one of the premier IT solutions, technology, and services companies in the industry.

Having worked in the IT industry for various large IT business partners,  Tom saw that many hardware providers were simply that, brokers selling hardware.  His vision was to do more, to consult and advise clients to make the best choices allowing them to meet their goals.  ISM has grown into a valued partner to their 1000s of customers worldwide because they treat customers and employees like family.
